Who is Marrok?

BIOGRAPHY:\nMarrok - a name that stands for hard rock since their beginning. Supported by playful guitar riffs, driving bass lines, heavy drums,\nand the voice of singer Brian Pearl. Their thrilling sound, enriched with an extraordinary live show, fascinates fans not only restricted\nto Austria but on an international scale in over 300 played shows.\nThe band was founded in 1998 in Steyr. In 2002, their self-produced EP "Extreme" was released. In 2005, the band won the Austrian\nNewcomer Award.\nIn 2009, Marrok released - in new formation - their album "Reawakening".\nIn 2010, the band participated in a variety of band contests and won the "International Live Award" in Vienna and therefore gained\nawareness in the scene.\nIn 2011, their third studio album "Midnight Carnival" was released while in April of the same year, Marrok won the title "Austria's Best\nBand" in a gotv hosted by user-voting.\nIn 2012, the band was nominated for the Amadeus Austrian Music Award in the category "Hard & Heavy". Furthermore, they also\nwere awarded the "Golden Pinguin" of the music magazine Xpress. Other winners of past years include artists such as Michael\nJackson and Falco.\nIn August 2012, Marrok released their fourth studio album "Days Of Mercury" and could get first spot on the iTunes Rock Charts.
