'La Casbah' is a unique Israel-based music ensemble. We share a deep connection to North-African music from Algeria and Morocco and offer a new way of listening and experiencing it. We focus on 'Chaabi' music and on Classical Andalusian music and explore other genres as well.\nWe all share the goals of preserving and reinterpreting the different musical textures of the area and color them with our own musical language, combining both traditional and modern sounds.
